Our TikTok live stream service offers Mystery Oyster Openings. We at pearlclam CANNOT guarantee color, size or exact shape as our pearls are cultured/Nature formed and not lab created.

Due to the nature of our product, WE DO NOT offer refunds for already opened oysters or our customized products/jewelry.

Number of days to hold a canceled order: 1day, we process within three days

Consumers may request a return or exchange within 14 days (14 days or more) after signing for the delivery.

If the consumer initiates the cancellation of the order earlier than the time of shipment and within the time specified by the website in which the cancellation can be initiated, the order can be canceled.

How to return the instructions: the package is intact, need the original box of the logistics single number, there shall be no damage!
